hi i have this VOLVO S80 2800 T6 BITURBO ME7 1037359462 0261206829 and i want to read 29f800 can i use galletto or kwp2000 to read?or i have to remove the 29f800? thx in advance....

Most older and newer Volvos can be done only with paralell programmer,as Dennis says....

and i had on 2 Diesel(V70/S60) lot of work to disconnect and reconnect ecu....you need to pay lot of attention with this kind..

Galletto can do it in boot mode. Just select some car with ME7 and correct chip size.

Somad wrote true! I'm often using Galletto in boot mode for other ME7 ECUs, but be careful, once I found bit swap.

I manage to corrupt the flash with MPPS, you have to be very careful because it can read only a small part of the flash, 512k in my case instead of the whole 1 Mb, when i wrote the flash the car did not start in i had to find another ECM with the same flash. Now i learn my lesson and desolder the flash, read and write with BeeProg and no problems .
