Audi A3 Steering Assist problem

Hi guys.
I am working in a Audi A3 1.9 TDI from 2003.
It has the steering assist light on.
The steering wheel keeps easy to move, not hard.
The error code is 01312 - powertrain data bus.
00750 - mil on.
I asking first if anyone knows where the powertrain data bus is located.
I erase the codes, the cars turns the light off but after 100 meters it comes back again.
Anyone already experienced this kind of problem?

Hi Nuno,

have you checked the multi plug on the Power Steering Module ?, Try cleaning it and see if it helps.

It could be poor connections (Dirty).
