Check your signal strength, your dish may need to be re-alligned.
Also check all cable connections are sound.
When signal strength is good, re-scan ASTRA 19.
Other option is to flash box using D.K.1.1 or PLI-JADE images.
Both these images are safe to use on cloned boxes.
Always remember Open Media is a DM-500 clone, & some images
will freeze it. Thank God for Dream-Up.
D.K.1.1 is very user friendly image, easier navigation etc.
Pli-Jade 500 has better on-line downloads for downloading cams
    etc.
    Have fun

Default Open Media, sat side not possible to flash ?!

Hello, I have same problem as above, my cable side of Open Media is working fine, but sat side not. I am not able to flash it with dream up. No comminication with serial bus. Only the green led is on, no reaction to remote control. Can any one help me, please ?
Also, I found one blowed cap. on main board and replaced it, but no improement.

What is flash "edg nemssis einstein solution", mentioned above.
Will continue to try. Thank you for any idea.

Use a PC with serial-port when using dream-up. USB-serial leads
are problematic with dream-up. Make sure not to power-on box
until prompted by dream-up. If no joy try older version of dream-up. Have never used einstein solution, but you could google it.
I would exhaust options mentioned above first.
