ive got the answer to my own question, so sorted now.

i dont think u have to do a full scan one each sat,
can u actually get every sat in that list?
    i know i cant.

erm the whole point of a bouquet pack is that once loaded you dont have to scan any thing as the bouquet contains all the necessary information etc.

if you did want to go all OCD you could load a new satellites.xml file onto the box every other week and do a rescan of any satellites you used regularly, however that would be a bit pointless as SGTFlipFlop updates his packs very often.

I've fixed that for the next update, When I imported the channel it has changed the Symbolrate and FEC, Should be 29500 / 3/4

thats your problem mate, you dont use DCC you use DBE aka DreamBoxedit.

    Updates: 4th October 2010

    DreamboxEdit 3.1.0.2 Used (Recommended)

    Updates: 30th September 2010

    DM800 Bouquet
    40 n Naughty (New Channel)
    Disney XD HD (New Channel)
    Sikh TV (New Channel)
    Fixed ITV2 HD

    Removed Channels
    Faith World +1

    Picons
    Will update them tomorrow

** Edit your own BBC & ITV Regional channels to suit your needs in DreamboxEdit (If you are from Ireland, I've renamed all Irish channels so easy for you to find) **

    Code:
Also added Picons for Sky UK (Base set from Picon4U) and the rest updated by myself

Use any FTP client, DCC for example, to transfer the picon directory
to one of the following paths on Flash, HDD, CF or USB respectively:

    /usr/share/enigma2
NOT recommended, because of limited capacity of the flash memory

    /media/hdd
HDD will keep running indefinitely and may affect image performance

    /media/cf
Recommended if CF available and successfully mounted (8000/800)

    /media/usb
Recommended if USB available and successfully mounted (8000/800)

Picon will display immediately on zapping, no further setup required!

Please keep this thread clean, Use the Thanks button rather than posting on the thread, Details on how to via DreamboxEdit is widely available on the net.
