no there is new policy as far as i know
for special funktion you need different passwords varies depending on system date and vin number and for each special function you need differend kind of password
so there need to be a new key gen around folks
i guess jcrecordings have it...

check you have given the correct date ( is your laptop date correct?) and check vin number.
