HOW CAN I GET MY ECM FLASHED

I HAVE A 1995 CAT 3406E THAT IS BEING OVERHAULED AND A NEW HEAD I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE ECM FLASHED IT STOCK WAS 435HP I HAVE A TURBO OFF THE 550HP AND WOULD LIKE TO FLASH THE ECM FOR 550 HP CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO GET IT DONE I HAVE CAT 2009A THANKS HOPE TO GET BETTER THAN 4 MPG NOW

look for a 16 litre 600 hp flalsh file to suit a 40 pin ecm and fit a 16 litre borgwarner no wastgate turbo and she will be a cracker if u need any more info pm me

post the ecm number and i will find the files for you on flash files disk also there is a cat forum if you google it and they will have a list of everything you need to make that conversion have a good one to flash the ecm you need the factory passwords or blankbox the ecm and it will let you set everything once without the passwords

Sometimes not only the turbocharger is different, Think about this:

Injectors, Pistons, Rings, Cam, Head, Crankshaft, rods, etc.

When changing HP there's lots of things to take in consideration, I'm not saying any or all of those things have to be changed in your situation but sometimes they do in order to up HP.
Also I want to say I'm not trying to criticise, You may very well know what you're doing, I'm just trying to give you and others that read this forum food for thought.

call the cat dealer near you and tell them you would like to turn the truck up to 550hp and ask what has to be down to do it its most likely like wristpin said injectors, turbo etc. but you never know you might get lucky and not have to change anything
