    Default w203 pressure of the railpunp to high

    Hi,

    i have a problem with a DB W203 C220D Bj. 12/2004 HP 110 new version.

    The
    pressure of the railpunp is to high 446 kg/p by 810U/min and the injection volume is to slow 5,2 g ( normal is 9-14 g)

    We change the railsensor and the pressure regulator
    Also we change the
    quantitative controller.

    Also 2 injektors.

    Dose somenone know what is here the metter?

    also checked wirings from sensors to PCM?? is this correct? do you have 5V sensor Voltage??
    are there any fault codes stored??

    1) reset all DTC
    2) do a drive test 10KM at lest/ speeds engine from 2000 to 4200 R/M in 3 gear
    3) check DTCs and report here.

    I think you must change presure regulator on common rail.

    THE ONLY COMPONENT THAT CAN CAUSE THE FAULT AFER YOU CHANGED PE FUEL PRESSURE SENZOR AN REGULATOR VALVE FROM THE RAIL IS ONLY THE FUEL PUMP (IT SI POSSIBLE THAT THE FLOW OF FUEL ON THE RETURN HOSE FROM THE HIGH PRESSURE PUMP IS TO HIGH)
