With atmega inside both versions (v1 and v2 from manocao's compilation) should work.

On the outside my interface look alike but inside I will open tomorrow to see.I get it last week from china but I do not know after installing the sw. what other settings is needed to do for well working.I have an Dell Optiplex GL240 with 2 serials and two partitions.C/ Win 98se and D/ Win XP SP3.I install the sw. in C and wen I click on Visa icon the progr. tell me it is an sw. who need to work in DOS mode and let me to chose if I agree or not. After agreement the screen is black and after few moments the Visa is open as I see here posted. Now I wish know if is needed other setting to do.
Someone please help me and guide me forward. In idea that all what is done is good up here.
    Thanks!!!!!!!!!

Since both com-ports are built-in the optiplex, i think they have the right settings that uniscan needs. To be sure you can see the (bios-)settings by using the "msd.exe" in dos. There you can see the settings your comports have. Sometimes the com settings are shown at startup bofore os (dos, win) is loaded.
In uniscan you can config the comports via "f2" and typing "tec" without enter. If the settings are equal to msd, then uniscan should work, otherwise change them. If it is still not working, try to change the cable for com1 and com2.

    Default New version 2.0

    new 2.0 version including:
    - microsoft diagnostics 2.11 (com ports, irqs, system info)
    - vag diagnosis 2.9 for dos (vag 1551 and vag 1552 compatible)

EN version: United States keyboard and English io.sys and command.com (prompts in english)
ES version: Spanish keyboard, io.sys and command.com (prompts in spanish)

warning: if visa doesn't start (because of vstart.exe issue), choose start ms-dos, then type:
    call cab visa visa <enter>
    dbcodici <enter>
(this starts dbcodici.exe instead of vstart.exe; vstart.exe is just a little program to start dbcodici.exe, but sometimes it fails; dbcodici.exe is the main program)

yes, but only in 32bit os like xp (as there is no dos drivers for usb interface)
    run vdc_e.exe
xp will open a dos window with vds-pro
ftdi usb interface must be setup as com1
