DiagBox update without internet

Hi..
i use biag box and its work perfectly,but when i diagnose a car i can read fults code and clear it but when i wanna telecode its asm for me a CODE COSTOMER TO ACCES IN TELECODE OR APRENTISSAGE...i use 12345678901234567890123456789011 and 1234567 and 1FFFFFFF and its not work.. just read or clear fults code??any help?

Just tried installing and get this error.

"Error During Installation of Lexia. You have to reactivate to restart the installation"

This is after I have run the patch on V5.02, and used the customer code, profile and activation number thats in the .txt document.

What have I done wrong???

XP SP3

I had PP2000 and Lexia running fine on it. Then updated to Diagbox, and keep getting this error when trying to activate it.

I was running both pps and lexia too, when I installed diagbox it removed both programs and installed ok, it kept my customer code from my PPS I followed the informaion in the patch and everything went ok.

I'm going to try un-installing and re-installing it all again.

No idea why it won't work :/
