Hi guys,
I have problem with classic mini 99. Srs light is going on after 1 or 2 min. somebody had this problem before? what diag tool is good for this car, because I used launch, cdif and cant connect to srs.

Does the horn work when the light is on?
Try a resistor across the airbag squib and see what happens

I think somebody left open window and floor is really wet. what I did for test:
-replace airbag to resistor,
- I check ground an power.
Can I replace detonators to resistors as well?
launch is working with mini?

I use 2 ohm resistors to test pretensioner detenators all the time. I also use stabilant 22 on all air bag connectors and it fixes a lot of high resistance codes. Originally Posted by msienicki

Just do a slight varation on what Alice did in wounderland - not follow 'the yellow *****ed toad' but just follow the BRIGHT yellow wiring for the airbag which is CLEARLY seperated from other wiring in the car, as it should be! Originally Posted by msienicki

guys detonators and airbag are disconnected (resistors 2.1 ohm for simulation) and still this same when ignition is on after 1 min srs light is going on.
Launchx431 can read this airbag controller?
