Problem: SDmedia strange letters in the Video

Hi.
Sometimes when I install when I play any video SDmedia appear strange letters and symbols on the video.
How to fix this problem?
In other installations, the problem does not occur and I installed one the same as another, or so I think .....

remove vobsub or what other program you have installed accorded to subtittles!
