    Default vectra c

    2002 reg. problem is speedo clock keeps going off, speedo, rev counter, guages, when it goes off does not clock up mileage, been told its cim module, does this sound correct or could it be something else. any help would be superb

    Any faults logged in CIM, ABS, Dashbord?

    Hi

    Most of the time its the CIM Module at fault which will be having all CAN Bus faults.

    But, worth checking ABS multi plug as there is a Modified harness for this fault.

    Also try to disconnect the CIM module plugs for few min some times it can cure just by resetting the CIM Module, but not 100% depends how lucky you are......

    common fault mate when it next goes off wack top of dash itll come back on, to sort proper whip the clocks out and make sound the connection ie replug and lock, its common thing mate they all do it just a bad connection.
