Sort channel into favorite

Hi there,
Just had my eurovox flashed and its working fine, but the problem is that I cannot sort the channel into favorites. If someone could please advised on how to do this much appreciated. GK

You can use a piece of software called voxer to organise your channels on your pc mate

can just do something along the lines of click menu>favourite manager>0000>sort>sort by type press ok then exit all channels should be sorted into bouquets general, sports, movies etc
