When try to run the loader ... Set it back to 5 years ago ... and still doesn`t work.

hello,
i have the race2000 and it work good when i open it at the year 2011, but it must do the update to work good.
This soft isnt a bad soft, but its old!!! i think its end at 2007.

when i run setup exe the screen become bleu and not think happen,no instalaion!!!

i did it
i had run loader and i had enter the serial number
same probleme
