Ok, we could help you, but how we can know what have you bought?! Post at least picture from outside, if not from inside of device.

I tried with digimoto, and it won't connect with my car...So far, the only one working is the scanmaster ELM, but I can't find a registration key to get full version...

    Slow down mate,please.....
First of all. What car do You want to diagnose. What system...engine, ABS, Airbag etc.
ELM should do only engine and rarely ABS.
I'm not shure it's working on 64 bit systems.
Is adapter recognized by Your computer?

It's a mazda 3 2.0L 2006. I want to check the check engine codes, that's it. Yes my device is ok, it works with the DEMO version, I can see half of the codes ( since it's demo ).
