    Hi,

Does someone know what is the problem with my interface. Lexia doesn't work with Xsara Picasso 2.0 HDI. Diagbox works with Peugeot 307 (my.2007) and Citroen C4 Picasso well. Lexia also works with Citroen C4 Picasso, but with my Xsara picasso no communication.

So far I've checked PIC and its missing VCC so it looks like a HW problem

    Default Device not detected

I have my Lexia with 2 USB cable. One long and short.
The long never work, when plug, led bright but windows show device not detected.
I use the short USB cable work until now and last days need moved when plugged to make working device.
So i take out the DB15 connector, and remake all solder point with the same cable ( need cut 15cm shorter)
Now it work very well the older long cable. Here is diagram pinout USB to DB15.

    Hi,

Vdd (Vcc) or Vpp on PIC 16F ?

If you are sure that it's Vcc, first check 5Vdc on relay pcb : output of LM2674 M 5.0...

    Regards

Having trouble connecting to Peugeot 307 2006, Couldn't get Vin or connect to BSI also didn't hear relay click
    Very few ecus found.
Fault was one of the relays open circuit, Relays should read about 140 ohms
I checked them all and only found one bad, Not sure if relay can or van

    Regards
    Andy

    Hi,

Check if there are connections between this relay (NAIS) and MCP2551 component right next ?

I just measured the coil on each relay
The coil is the 2 pins indicated , Check these pins on all relays
The NAIS relay if the one I replaced which is why it is a different size (only type I had)
Measure the same 2 pins on all 12 relays and check they are all about 140ohms
The one I replaced was open circuit

If Lexia work partial, rework all solder points. Use Hot air gun + solder flux.

At the beginning worked for 3 seconds and goes out.
Then open and close and began to work well.
    Now lexia completely stop.
I do not hear and distinctive sound when you turn on USB - nothing is connected to the PC.
    Forgive me for my english.

    Hi,

Try to change RAM SAMSUNG K6X and if always don't work, reflash microprocessor MB90F546GS (with nlc firmware or hardware method).

Hi, I have problems with my new interface. I can't connect to Engine and ESP in any car (406 coupe 2.2HDI and 307 2.0HDI). Other systems seems to be ok, so I don't know if my interface have problems with CAN maybe?

    Wich components should I check??

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Try this :

    http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...tion-problem-!

And if your interface always don't work, check welds of relays, MCP2551, TDK common choke on Relays PCB.
After check welds on HC04, optocouplers 0639 and HC 08 on Microprocessor PCB.
For my part, i will replace all HCPL 0639 optocouplers be HCPL 063N.
    Regards

    Thanks titoun.

My interface doesn't have the CAN resistor, so I'll try your solution.
