    same problem.

how can reflash software in MB90F546? is it possible with Elnec?
    How can I check relay's drivers MC1413DG and MC1413BD?

who can me help for free please?
I'm not sure if Elnec can work in ISP mode - this is the best way to reprogram MB90F546. All signals are on the socked in the corner of MB90F546 board.

To admin - remove this message, please

12V/5V converter is located at right side of the multiplexer PCB (see photo). Here you have the documentation to the controller of the inverter.

Try using DiagBox with autoupdate of interface firmware. What cars (model/ year of production) are you testing? Are VAN-CAN cars diagnosing correct?

VAN-CAN cars diagnosis only k-line all ecus(abs,ecu,airbag...)I do not think that the problem is in the firmware of interface, that do not want to work with CAN line.

It's nearly right, but VIN is reading from BSI by CAN so at start CAN bus is working well. In VAN-CAN cars not all ECU's are testnig by K-Line (only engine, abs sometime airbag). Others (BSI, radio, automatic gear etc) are on CAN BUS.

    Hi !
I have a "minor" probleme using the Lexia3. I can't comunicate with the newer (after 1999) clima ecu of the Xsara/Xantia car. If I watch the signal on an oscope the ECU is respondig to the diag interface but the soft (Lexia3 45) report is "no response from ecu". I tried with other clima ECUs (same number/revision) but no change.

What shoud I try first ? Instal older version of Lexia, reprogram the interface (pic,...)

    Hi all
My interface after connecting to pc the green light turns on then off after 2-3 sec. If I start lexia or pp2000 the pc restart's with bsod massage bad_pool_header. What can be the problem.

    Default LEXIA short in circuit

I bought a Lexia and it was not detected by software.
I opened the box and saw that the worker which connected the cable connector to the PCB pushed it badly and made a short between the two marked pins (the sixth pins from the top)
I fixed the connector and the pins and now the software detects the cable but when connecting the car I hear the relay bat no communication with the car.
I suspect that the short made a problem but I can not find which components connected to these two pins
    Anybody can help?
