    Hello.
I bought a Lexia at this auction:
    https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2016...27424c4dpJ4eqd
Unfortunately it does not read the VIN and has a communication problem with several car controller. I have Citroen C2 from 2008.
I undressed the device and noticed that one optocouplers (3 from the left is wrong soldered)
Should I soldering it by turning 180 degrees like the last one (first right)?
    IMG_20180822.jpg
There is also no resistor 103 (PULL UP) on the other side of the PCB or I should also solder it?
I'm asking because my board is a bit different than the ones from the topic

    24.08
I turned the optocoupler and soldered the resistor, unfortunately it did not help. He still does not read the VIN at C2, the Peugeot 1007 read normally. Version 7.57
    Any ideas?

    HI,

First , remove four transistors here: (and maybe one of the other side)
    IMG_20180822.jpg

    Second, recheck orientation of optocouplers

I desoldered transistors and resistors. XS does not connect with the car (do not hear relay).

    08.09
I soldered the elements again, "Lexia" connects to my car (Citroen C2 2008) in addition to the "module under the steering wheel" and "air conditioning". It did not merge with C3 2004 with any of the modules.

    Hi,

Reference of your optocouplers on your VCI ?

Check if not HCPL 063N and HCPL 0500 , change them !

    Hello.
I have a problem with my Lexia interface. After connecting to the computer and installing the drivers, the device is detected correctly once, sometimes with an exclamation mark and sometimes unknown. I do not know what it depends on. After undressing, I had to soldin C49 again because the end was not soldered. It did not help much. I do not know where to look for the fault.
I have a full chip ver. C chinesee clone.

Do the green led keep lit or it flashes a bit and then remains powered off?

Hi folks, I spent some good time reading this thread since the first MOBILTRONIC post, but i still I am very confused.
I have a Citroen C3 1.4 16V HDI 2003 with 500K Km on her wheels, still working fine.
I decied to take care of her by myself, so a couple of year ago I bought a XS EVOLUTION Clone from china.
I installed Lexia3 on XP and it worked fine.
Last weekend i decied that i need to add the Diagbox experience, so on a fresh Win7 installation i setted up Diagbox and connected the the XS EVO.
Something went really wrong since then.
Both Lexia and DiagBox do not recognize anymore the Actia.
When connected via USB it powerups, the green led goes on, then it blinks for 3 times.
Windows XP shows it as Unknow Device with VID_0000 PID_0000 and 5&AD7F4AE&0&1 as sub definition.
I understand that others had the same problem, but i do not understand if and how they solved it, and last but not the least where they found the tools used in the recovery process.
What I am really looking for is a tutorial or some hints to start with, could someone be so nice to point me out?

Any help will be really apreciatedIMG_20190315_063713.jpgIMG_20190315_063729.jpgIMG_20190315_063813.jpgIMG_20190315_063929.jpg

    Default Lexia PP2000 repair

If the led blinks when you connect to usb but after few blinks it stay powered off i would start changing the ram IC. The f.u.c.k.er in chinese boards tend to die easily and that is the main sympthom.

    Hi Morgano.
The led behavior is: once ACTIA is connected to USB port, it power up and stay ON, for 3.5 seconds, then 3 fast blinks within half second, and it ends remaing ON.
The whole USB recognition process takes from USB connection to UNNKOWN DEV MESSAGE, 12.50 seconds.
May I ask how is possible that simply connecting the ACTIA to the same pc, but with a different OS, could burn the SAMSUNG RAM?
    Thanks so much!
