Done some testing and not always Diagbox recognizes VIN - if it dont I need to unplug it from USB and reconnect. Then it works.
Then used Lexia for my old C2 - sometimes it finds some modules but during global test at some point (random) it shows no connection to module. When I unplug it from USB and plug again it connects to module I chose...but only this one...If I want to change module need to unplug it again and plug back. Could that be related to relays? I noticed that when I plug it in and chose to connect I hear click and it works. But when I change module it doesnt till I unplug it and plug back again. Any ideas guys? Cheers

Hi, my lexia was working fine when i bought it, now after 3 uses it wont comunicate to car.
Light flashes 3 times and stays on, i can flash firmware to it, drivers working fine but no communication to car. Wont read vin or communicate to any module. I cant hear relays clicking either.

When connected to 12v relay board has 5v on it.
Any help on what to check or replace?

    Thanks

    I have a strange issue.

When i plug vci led light comes on for a short time like 1 or 2 seconds then it goes off.

I have tried to flash it with PSA interface checker, it looks like it stucked on 4.2.4. Its not changing. But when i try to flash it, led comes back on.

Is it a ram issue ? I guess not...

And some times version number on it doesnt make any sense at all. Check attachment

What is my problem ? Any input would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Same problem. Computer recognizes the lexia as "evolution" interface, but not read VIN and says "no comunication" in error reading mode. Green LED is on. The interface was working more than year and unexpected stopped. I tryed to change optocouplers, checked the power on the relay board, solder 10k resistor on CAN line but nothing help. It is still dead. Now I am waiting for programmer, which I ordered and will try to reflash processor and memory.

Edit: I read the flash memory. Can somebody tell me if this dump is correct or not? Seems ok, but...

    Hi,
For your missing component: it's a capacitor, value = ????, but it seems to me that this will not prevent the interface from working.

Remove AT5 on microprocessor PCB, and in absolute you should to replace all optocouplers by originals. see my post here : https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forum...to-an-original!

    B.Regards

I`ve found info about missing capacitor, and his value are 125nF i solder 100nF because only that i have, but this nothing change.
I also check all connections like at this site https://www.drive2.ru/l/466145377372865144/ and all seems okay.
Resolder almost all pins and points.
"Remove AT5 on microprocessor PCB," What element exactly you mean?
About replacing elements to near original of course i do that, but first i need to repair connection to car:/

Do You think i can use 0631 Octocoupler instead 063N?
I've got two genuine pieces, and i think it will be a way better than fake 0369.
I tjink to solder them in U7 and U8 pionts.

Okay, sorry for my spam, but i replace U7 and U8 with 0631 and lexia are faster now. Calculators are readed in milisecons, not two-three like before . So i'm going with next upgrades.
