Tech2 Help, What is the latest software?

I got it to open with winrar. I copied it to card. Now when I boot up tech 2 it wants to download with RS cable??? All other cards I programmed just booted up with no problem.

Use a program called winmount and it will decompress that file into a 32meg .bin file you can use to write the card in the card reader program.

Thanks Michael for 31.003, does anyone have 31.004 or newer.. Would be much apreciated. I am trying to scan A chevy Cruze 2011 and the Tech2 doesnt find it.

tech 2 wont work gm mdi needed its global a arcitexture....tech 2 to slow...sorry...i have 31.005 but wont help ya...if im not mistaken
