You might be lucky?........but i'd steer clear.......they have a bad name in my experience......known a few faulty repaired items to cause major grief to others....i.e. 4 repairs then reluctant to give refund.....you don't really want that do you?

M-H-M have dealt with these before, would tell the guys name if could remember it, *THINK* they are from the east of the world.

also think they are known to theecudoctor.co.uk or something.

    would not use them again

I youst to use these guys, very expensive, lots of sending units back, then back again, then back again.

Charge you a test fee, say theres nothing wrong with it. You refit it go threw it again, and come to same conclusion its the ecu, then you send it back and eventually they might fix it, but far too expensive and not very reliable.

I wont be using them again.
You need every tool in the book, to do this auto locksmith job.

I have tried several ecu repair specialists over the years & found problems with all of them in that time. I now use bba-reman for most things I need, they have never let me down they are not the cheapest but anything they cant do they dont charge for, items they have never attempted to repair they will sometimes repair for free if it adds to their knowledge base. If you really need to speak to a technician there are no premium call rates. They have a very informative web site that is free for all to use. They are very experienced, some things they do not repair & for generally very good reason!
I had one ECU that failed just 4 months out of warrenty they repaired for free(i just paid postage to them only)
A volvo throttle body that they could find no fault with they renewed throttle potentiometer sensor for free even though no fault could be found!
I think these sort of goodwill gestures are a good measure of any company. I would be very interested to know if anyone else has good or bad to say about experience of specialists they have used

If it's an engine ecu, they can often have the immo removed.

We at M-H-M downloaded one a few days ago.
Outright unit, was cheaper than having it immo-off by ECU Repairs Nottingham,-ECU Decoding Nottingham/ECU Decode Services Nottingham - Bluehawk Electronics Nottingham, - ECU Repair Immobiliser Bypass Nottigham,- Immobiliser Bypass Nottignham,- ECU Decoding Nottingham,- Immobilizer Faults Problems Fixes There is a fictious company somewhere that have used ECU Repairs Nottingham,-ECU Decoding Nottingham/ECU Decode Services Nottingham - Bluehawk Electronics Nottingham, - ECU Repair Immobiliser Bypass Nottigham,- Immobiliser Bypass Nottignham,- ECU Decoding Nottingham,- Immobilizer Faults Problems Fixes
but decided to download an outright unit, the company said they would refund $20 IF we send the old unit back for 'recycling'

Sadly M-H-M is so busy it's very unlikly to be sent back.
Even if the Post Office opended next dorr - nil poi - just way to busy 110% of the time.

Just all the information is at work, so 'can't remember the name of the company we used
