    Default corsa c

2005 reg. runs ok most the time, but sometimes very hard to start from cold, and seems to hold back when driving. egr and air meter been changed for new, but still the same. no fault codes stored but in live data reading for battery charge is fine 14v, but in ecu voltage reading is only 9.7v which i no is incorrect. does this mean ecu is faulty, or could it be somthing else. thanks

Check ECU earth and also water ingress, I had one with the ECU half full of water, the sun roof drain was blocked and was filling the ECU up. Also check 12+ feed to ECU to make sure theres no corrosion \ resistance

Check the starter if the power supply cable is well tighten, check also the earth, clean it and fix it well. If you dont succeed with this then it is worth to check water temperature sensor, just make a check with one other one. CHEERS
