    Default Laptop---TV

    Sorry if ive put this in wrong thread......Im hoping someone can help...Ive recently started watching some sports channels thru the laptop (ones that im too tight to pay sky for)...Im wondering how i can connect my laptop to my TV so i can watch on a 32` screen as opposed to a 15.6.......THE prob is.Ive still got a big bulky crt telly with only scart socckets and no hdmi connections..Ive got a sky HD box (ready for when i do get round to getting a hd lcd), plus ive also got a ps3....I download films onto a portable hard drive and play thru PS3.Just wondering how to do it with laptop..Cheers

    This is what you need.

    SCART TO 15 PIN FEMALE VGA WITH MALE SVGA ADAPTER 2M on eBay (end time 03-Dec-10 07:42:07 GMT)

    Run the vga from your Laptop to TV.

    Does your "BIG" telly not have a vga connection?

    whatever connection your tv has just check it on ebay and ya find the right connection for it like here for example
