i need to remove the code from my radio

on the screen apears ----
and i can not insert any code

i have used blaukpunkt code generator without success.

i read the dump from SDA2506

that was the old code

its written on a paper in the car

but i cant introduce on the radio display

the display only shows ----

i thingh someone else introduce the code more than 15 times with the wrong combination, and now the radio is blocked.

the manual say to go to the bmw dealer, but on my bmw dealer, no one can help me.

You're probably needing a new dump with the error counter reset... I'm away from the workshop computer just now...but will research when I get a chance..

Don't go to the BMW stealers.. they won't be able to help you..

Leave the radio switched on for the night and should be let to enter the code. If this does not help this morning I will try to erase the errors counter.

I can not remember where it is counter but put in 0x66 FF - no ask the code.

Well, as you can see vares has kindly given you the answer. Reckon that is the error counter location though...
