    Default TM-5000DA HOW TO OBTAIN A EMU RECIEVER & BISS?

    Hi there guys,

    im a newbie for this whole satellite world. I have a Technomate TM-5000DA, i have a channel scrambled which shows seria a football matches, in order to watch it i must download some sort of Emu reciever and then use the biss code..

    I had a good look at my technomate, but there is no usb slot?? What am i going to do guys, please can somebody post all relevent patches etc.. how will it work. I really want to watch this turkish channel as it shows the italian football.

    the tm5000da is a very old receiver mate and I dont think you will find support for it now but others may know better.exactly what channel on which satellite are you trying to get?

    i managed to find some files yesterday but which one to post i dont know, even so if the patch has b.i.s.s. emu in it i cant say. regards mdt

    Yes the reciever is as old as my grandpa, however im using the Turksat1C. So its better for me to wait and get another new reciever eh?

    turksat 1c @ 31E is not showing anything would not turksat 2a/3a @ 42E be a better bet?


    just realized turksat1c used to be at 42E so thats what you are probably refering to.as 1c will show up as being at 42E on older boxes.
