the last official software for the tm 5500D was in 2003
this is a very old model or do you have a new tm 5000 model

Hi I am as thick as a plank when it comes to finding the patch and software for my TM 5300 D+USB PVR Ready,I can se some patches and software but am rather nervous in making the right choice can some kind person give me the correct ones for this model,and I think I may have posted in the wrong section I am sorry if this is so Thankyou.

If your model is the super version (it will be wrote on front of receiver)
Then this one
Select bottom zip file of the 2
Download center
If it's non super ie no super wrote on front of receiver

Thanks for this,I do not have the super,the only stuff I have on this receiver is the original Technomate download of last year,dont I need the latest software and patch thats both of them in winrar form or zipp,as the download you pointed out to me is one stb file when downloaded ?? .. if all I need is this one stb file can I go ahead and load it from a usb stick is that correct. Thanks again..

the .stb file is the patch load that first then load the latest softcam

Cheers for that all I have to do now is find the softcam for the above,trouble is as we all know load the wrong one and you might have a door stop on your hands,I will get use to this site sooner or later and find where things are.

Thanks so I can transfer the above by usb into my technomate,I will se how it goes later,just one question the technomate original download from there site was sometime last year in August which fixed a few things like transponders and channels etc etc.
Does this above patch include the updated transponders with channels and satellite positions,or is there a separate software download for this model for the updates thanks again..

you add transponders yourself in sat set up menu here are the bulsat 39E, 12688 H 30000, 12647 H 30000, 12565 H 30000, 12524 H 30000

iv loaded latest soft cam and patch but still nova sport on 39e not openning any ideas would be great.

Thanks guys you know who you are,all went fine except my key which is used for portable Apps in windows took a little time to initialize with the Technomate.no problem with Nova Sport all works fine,now to find other patches for Sats in the West area any ideas,thats if there are any,thanks again lads for the fast reply.
