Need eeprom dump from video pcb from the Canon LBP-5000 laser printer

I have a problem with my Canon LBP-5000 and I need the dump of the 93L46 eeprom from the video board.

Can somebody read out for me or maybe somebody have a dump?

I have exactly the same problem here did you resolve your issue. Interestingly you cant buy the eeprom from canon. you can buy rm1-3515-000 lbp5000 video controller but it comes without the eeprom.
If i install a hp Q5965-67901 formatter the printer works perfectly but you have to change the user panel as well ast they are different to the canon.
