Ktm bench problem

I have problem with ktm bench. Mayby anyone working with ktm?
I will describe the problem exactly. while writing to module 71 reports a write error. thereafter in module 71 the driver is no longer identified. in the bootmode module 53, I will provide the previously read password, it is possible to write and read, but after a successful write and rereading, there are no changes. damaged content remains.
the situation repeats every time any record. When I use original scanmatik I pcmflash with module 53 and enter the password manually. the backup writes well and the driver comes to life
Any Solutions?
