Did You had a clean install or are You using the patch that is somewhere on the forum???
The Renewal Pass I gave you only works with clean installs, no patches needed..
In version 4.1 You need to enter any license key first , "12345678" will work, then it will ask you to activate online just click on no or cancel, exit the program and open again then use the Renewal Password...
It will not work if you don't enter the License Key first and after that the Renewal Password

As I see there are 2 things wrong in that snapshot...
First You need to enter the full Lic Renewal, that includes "=" at the end..
Second and more important, the renewal You are using it's not for Your PC ID.... take Yours in post 36 of this thread.....

Maybe you need to go and read the rules first....
emails are not allowed on the forum, once you edit your post and remove your mail you'll get your key....
