I have not tested autocom on a Focus 1.6 TDCI but if i do i will report back.

I am just after opening up Autocom and i checked tru the ford focus menu and i see it FACM (additive system) is there so i guess it can be reset..:-)

Yes I have the Original one and at that Version 2011-1 it already had that option............So hopefully the clone one should do the job............Remember the original one is at 2011-2 at the moment and soon will be 2011-3 ............Good Luck

I have problems with my 5th unit, all bought from the same seller.
This one is not working at all, no comunication with all cars.
When pluged in OBD ligts up 2 red leds, on other unit I have is one red and one green (this become red when USB is connected) on this the red LED become orange when plug USB... maybe the connected LED in wrong way?!
When try to connect to car, the third LED (green) lights and relay is turned on. Green LED and relay stays ON until I power off the unit by unplug OBD.
Any advice? Someone had the same problem?

Hello.
Try to desolder bluetooth or check do You have two transistors near bluetooth.
I had a similar problem and it was missing of one transistor.

I think is all about luck with china tools...
I bought 5 autocoms from one seller and no one was equal, every tool was a litlle different in some or another way!
4 work ok, now the 5th don't work at all...

I always use them and I am quite happy with them and this was the first time where I did get a faulty thing but. always send me good stuff............you can try them from me they are good suppler...

Hi!
The board where bluetooth is OK, I have swapped the board with another working CDP. I noticed, that bluetooth modules are different, the "new" one has no connection to external antenna!
Also there is missing transistor near bluetooth like you sad, but this is same on both CDPs I have and works without.
I noticed also, that "new" one has 220uf/25V capacitors near connector (to OBD), the other one has 100uF/16V.

I think, that the problem is in main board...

EDIT:

I found different Microcontrollers on main doards: SAF-C167CR-LM (board works) and SAK-C167CS-LM (not working board)

i have receive my autocom cdp 2011 to day but i can't install it
when i clic on start.exe from DVD there is an errors
i have desinstaled dotnetfx35_SP1.exe and instaled it again without probleme
but same probleme with instalation of software
is there an issue?

after scan my computer with combofix this window is not
but now no think hapen when i clic on start.exe,only a dos window open and then close
i think i have a damaged dvd from china
some one can upload link for 2011-1 autocom CDP ?please

Got my Autocom today and have same sort of trouble.
Try start.exe and error no win32 program.
Tried on 2 different laptops running XP SP3.
Tryed general software_install.exe but then error wrong ID when filling the Id serial and Key.
Any suggestions?

DVD from China is crap m8.

i read some where that it must instaled on XP service pack1
and that it don't work with service pack2 and pack3
5mn and a new windows will be installed in my desktop
