Yes it does, all the recent radios/displays are coded.

Here is dump from 93C56 - Meriva A. I can't find VIN. Is it ok ?

Your dump is not okay. Read eeprom again but as 8 bit.

As said dump is not good. Don't worry about VIN as that is only in GID and CID displays
