There is a thread about XprogM clone, it looks like the green board clones are better than the blue ones. Also, there were some repair procedures to repair the blue board XprogM clone.

    Use search.
    Best Regards, Roth.

Is yellow tantalum are not broken? Have you changed the capacitor? Voltage on the first pin IRF7316 is too low. It should be about 17V. Check the voltage on the B0505, as I mark it on the photo.

Thank you for your help, I think the problem is from the DC/DC converter regulator B0505, there are only -3V at output ,pin4 compared to ground is 2,3 V instead of 17V.

    B0505 voltage recommended
    Pin 1 & 2 = 5v input
    Pin 3 & 4 = 5V output

Maybe the DC/DC converter is overloaded. Load of the DC/DC converter is the first pin of the IRF7316. Lift it and see if the voltage is changed. If the DC/DC converter still does not work properly it needs to be replaced.
