DAS / XENTRY 09.2010 Activate SDConnect

Hi,

I hope somebody can help me with this issue.

I installed DAS 09.2010 using "newguide 2e"

I would like to activate SDConnect and cannot.

It works fine on my pc that has 01.2010

This is what it looks like:



And when I click on the toolbar this is the error that I get:



I have tried to re-install SDNC and it did not resolve the issue.

Any ideas?

UPDATE:

Problem solved... I applied all online updates and it fixed itself

This happen on 09/2010 only, you need patch 1602 to solve it.

Hello, I also receive the 750 comunication message. This means that my sdconnect is blacklisted, too?

It could be that your IP address is wrong
Are you connecting your SDconnect to switch or direct to PC?

I had it so. After install 11.2010 I forgot about it.
