Need help with galleto 1260

Hi all
I have 2 galleto 1260 with red light , none of them working
i install drivers from disc but when i trying to read any ecu
in ecu data the screen flash 1 time and the mouse cross go to sand watch and after 2 minute it say to turn off dashboard for 10 sec and have "errore4" , i have kwp+ and no problem to read ecu i think somthing in the drivers version or Ftdi problem

Pls need yours urgent help cause i tryied everything

I think I have the .ept files for 1250 and 1260. You need any of them?
