I know the netid is 40961 and the symbol rate is 6952 but is the 53900 bit to do with the first frequency that it scans at eg: if I was to edit channels in a receiver, would I see 539MHz as the first one?

Hi m8, some channels may have moved frequency. Do a clear data/factory reset and then do a deep scan using the correct SY for your provider and you should pick up all the channels.
