    @ sergej
First we must find software that let us to read flash memory of LPC9107. I don't know does Flash Magic can read this chip, but for sure can program it.
If somebody was renumber S/N GAG file and it was work, we also can try to do it.

    Where are that solutions?

I regret that I can't try with my own Diagun, but actually I don't want to loose warranty by disassembling unit.

    @ baner
Exactly, it's typical serial connection cable that used for old mobile phones etc.
But for sure that symbol beside connector isn't symbol for serial connection, but for OBD2 standard. Maybe also it's usable for serial connection with LPC9107 by muliplexer inside Smartbox, or not used pins in OBD2 connector are used for serial connection but it's only my supposition.

    OBD2 pinout is here:

It seems that pins 8, 9, 12, 13 are not used in OBD2 transmission, and maybe serial connection use them.

Thanks for info. It seems that flash memory is protected. What programmer used to read?
    And anybody has some ideas?

It's some idea, but we don't know this chip is responsible to other thing than only S/N, and maybe after desoldering it, Diagun will not communicate with Smartbox.

In this chip no S/n and if On without chip you see it.
See way bluetooth module or USB from cable connector.
