    Default rover mg 75 18 t

    have one of these in and u cant read the ecu engine part but can connect to the rest ie abs and so on, its had 3 different scanners on it and none if them works ?
    can these have problems that lock u out ?

    that's odd. what year?
    are you trying dedicated eobd, or dedicated shitty rover?

    try taking the bettery off (- then weight it in)

    Also try BMW - just a thought.

    Have had that before, runs fine, nothing talks,

    BUT see if you have an option on your scanner for

    "diagnostics on pin 7"
    or
    "diagnostics on pin 8"

    Golderen opertunity for a cut and butt on obd socket.

    tried eobd and bmw , the fans not working and only want to check if the fan works because u cant even see it let alone get to it ..

    I could do diagnostics on one of those with MVP (Ignition on and car not running)

    Elm 327 also got in .

    Unplug the fan switch??

    tried unplugging switch fan didnt come on .. just wanted to check though the ecu and save removing bumper and its not that

    he took it to agent today to check tomorrow ,, l did the turbo and took the money off the easy job .. didnt want to take the bumper off ,

    the guy he booked the car in with said they are common for the fan control modules and fans he said they change both ,, well they would wouldnt they
