I now dont can make chip for its car because my equipment broken But:
1. Tango fine work with its car - after its not need any manipulation
2. Need diagnose of Star - may be you have problem with IMMo or synhro ECM or any problem
3. Your damp a little stranger - compere its with other damp of same IMMO ( I can send same variants)
4. For test may be take as a basis other damp, make key and check errors
