STAR/HHT win problem..

Hi ,

I have a Problem with my STAR C3 ( Clone ) Not sure if its Software or hardware problem..

Example -

Mercedes Vito 638 With HHT-WIN. Short test - Tests systems and only get data from the ECU. Nothing else. No conection problems with van, Have tried it on 3 vans all with the same problem. Its strange that it only gets comms with the ECU alone.

I have done a Ceasar self test and there are no faults that have come up, all seem to be ok..

I have used it on an A class (w168) on tuesday and that was ok, that uses a mixture of DAS and HHT.. and I will test it on my 639 now to see if it comunicates with all!

What could it be? If the Ceasar test says the hardware is ok, then maybe its the Software but how can it work then not!

ANY help will get THANKS! I have lots of work on and need it to work!
