No not yet but the way things are moving so fast I don't think it will be long.
You can downgrade a 3.50 PS3 to 3.41 there where issues with Blu-Ray playback on the fat ps3 after downgrading but I hear there is a fix [Tutorial] Downgrade PS3 3.50 using P3GO! - PSX PS2 PS3 Scene Modchip & Jailbreak Community
