If it is 09/2010 WIS that you want to install, you do need the 07/2010 second DVD (08 was also an update).

Ok thanks, so do i instal Wis 07/10 DISC2 and then Wis 09/10 DISC1?? or the other way around?

"The other way around". Once you run the 09/10 database update, at some point you are requested for the second DVD (if you did not have it mapped already).

Did you try to update the database from the EWA Admin Tool? Try from the program files short-cut "Update WIS net". Mount both DVD images to be readily available for the installer.

Why not enter a valid key then? Or do you mean the key is reported valid at the server settings? That would be odd unless you have activated a different network card in-between.

What do you mean by having no idea? Did you check the EWA NET server licence status?

You can install 07/2010 first but I do not see any advantage from that.

I have no idea what ewa net is, i have no idea how wis works i have never used wis before. I havnt any instructions on how to install it or know anything about it what so ever. I have only ever used das. However i wanted WIS and EPC installed on the t30 i have for the sake of it.

Its becoming the biggest headache of my life .

guides and instrctions are limited for WIS installation. Why do you think installed 07.2010 disc1 and 2 wont work?

I did not say installing 07 would not work, I said it would be of no use if your intention was to install 09 anyway.

Are you trying to install WIS and EPC to your DAS-computer?

The EWA NET installation instructions are included in the installation DVD. A modified version of that was posted here very recently, I may try to find it for you.

Oh right, no it doesnt matter what WIS i install. I have DAS 09.2010 but i dont mind what WIS or EPC i have. I just tried to install 07.2010 WIS but it failed to read at a certain step, need to re burn on a new DL-DVD but i have run out so i cant try again untill next week. This i have to say has been the longest amount of time ive taken to install a peice of software .

Don't burn DVDs. It is a lot faster to install software directly from the DVD images that you download anyway. Just use some SW to map the DVD to a DVD drive.
