Here's a pack I put together for another forum, It has DDT2000 v2.3.0.1 and the biggest database I've been able to find. DDT2000 v2.5.0.0 doesn't seem to remember the location of the database so I stick with v2.3.0.1. I also use the blue VAG cable off ebay.

That looks like the blue VAG cable off ebay for less than 6 pounds, same as mine.
Are com settings important? I've got mine set to com1. Having some difficulty reading a 2002 Kangoo Trekka 1.9 Dci. DDT2000 (ver 2.09.0) reports correct VIN but I can't get any sensor data.

I use com1 too. Are you letting DDT2000 load the ECU file or are you selecting it your self? Is the car one that uses 'CAN' if so these cables can't work on 'CAN' vehicles.

Thanks for your help. I downloaded version 2.3.0.1 from link in this thread and found I could even run ABS pump and operate each of the 4 ABS valves. This is proof it is working.

    Default K line interface

I've noticed I need to unplug my interface now and then to be able to connect to the various ECUs.
Mine is the blue one being sold on eBay for less than 6 pounds.

The cable is rather long, total length from end to end is 154 cm. Wonder if things will improve if I reduce its lengh perhaps to around 1 metre?
So far I have successfully connected to ABS, UCH and engine ECUs. Got live data from engine and it appears it is possible to program keys.
