Default Not able to erase DTC with PP2000

    Hey there,

I had an issue the other day trying to erase DTCs from an old Peugeot 306 with Marelli 8P Ecu, had to use the adapter for the 2 pin diagnostic connector on engine bay, when I tried to erase the TPS and MAP errors, it asked me to connect some kind of Peugeot tester adapter to the TPS or MAP and disconnect the diagnostic plug to run some test. Of course I don`t have what it asked for so it didn`t erase the DTCs.
Have anyone had this kind of issue?
Ideas how to work around this?
Car is gone since I ended up using another scanner to erase but still would like to do it with pp2000 in future.

    Regards.

You mean you had the same car and had no issues erasing DTCs?
Cuz I erased OBDII cars without prob. I tought it had to do with the protocol used on that old 306...

Heheh, si, but forum is in english only...
Like I said, car`s gone so can`t do any tests right now.
I don`t think the adapter had anything to do with it, since it is pluged into the male OBDII...

    Any ideas? Anyone?
