it is a c15 2006. 475. what can it be uprated to? does anybody have the file? am i going to have to load injector files for a uprate? any help would be very nice. I also need file 271-1378.

they do not have the file you are looking for but this is the latest file for that ecm number

You can re-rate up to a 625hp 2050 tq max

do you have the 550,600,625. files for this motor? Do you now if I will have trouble with injectors on a uprate? I here people talk about needing injector files for acerts. THANKS AGAIN.

What is that file for ? 475, 500 ? i did not look at it i just got it off of sis you may need injectors to get the power you are looking for and with the new injectors you will need trim files they new injectors usually come with a disk with the trim file on it sometimes you have to change hard parts like turbo, cam , etc you should call the local cat dealer and he will tell you what you need to do what does the tag on the engine say they usually say max hp rating of ??? whatever the engine can make usually i just go by that and it works fine

No, the trim codes stay with the individual injector. Flashing the ecm should save all your calibrations. Just incase something goes wrong when flashing save as ecm replacement file.

It can be flashed no prob...Cat says you need a piston,injector, and top turbo change because the engine will no way meet EPA spec with the added timing/fuel od the 625 flash in the 475 engine. Stock compression on a 475-550 ACERT is 18:1. The 600-625 factory engines are 15.2:1 or 16:1 cant remember which one.

can you get me the flash file for 550 . 600 . and 625?
