check the outside Temperature - what is shown - if it's lower than +2?C it won't work any way - but this you know for sure,....
does the compressor works??
is the only thing, that you can't regulate the temperature?? or are there also other faults??
whats about the heating system??is the fan working well??
Did you checked pressures of AC??

if I press the automatic everything works fine .. but if I want to control the fan or adjust the temperature controls do not respond ... the compressor works well well

ok then I would say your contoller paneel is defect - only possible thing for me like you described this problem
