Default how to ftp a file?

    perhaps a naive question but

how do you ftp a file to the itgate?

must be doing something wrong at this end

getting nowhere and going nuts with it.

I'm using flash fxp as an example but others are fine as well.find out the ip on your box, start fxp, press connect and put in your ip...user name...root password leave blank then connect, password might come up again but leave blank and press ok.left hand side is files on pc right hand is files on box.locate the file you want on pc side then where it is going on other side then press transfer selected and thats it.
