Default Freelander inmo off or clone ECU

Hi friends, I have a Land Rover Freelander 2.0 Common Rail BMW engine of year 2004.
    ECU
    -Bosch number 0 281 010 811
    -BMW number DDE NNN 000 150 7 791 483 A00 63
My ECU has problems with inyectors excitation and I need change ECU.
How I can make inmo off in this ECU? or how can I clone ECU? inside are 95p08 eeprom and 29F400. I need change both or only 95p08? I don?t know where is the inmo place.

    Thanks in advance
