Problem with OPS D-CAN bus

I buy OPS from china. Is new. Do with T30.
All cars without d-can is OK in DIS and SSS.
When can connect with buy D-CAN, for example X5 2008 or 1xx 2008 no connect.

Please help. Where can be problem? What check? In cable and OPS box.

What error you get?Make a printscreen
First you can check OBD cable .
OPS will not work only if is very low quality,i never had problems with.
