First of all I don't know how to get dump...
I have ELM32 and FES and MES only... My vehicle is Lancia Ypsilon from 2003/2004 with VIN number ZLA84300002026624 and I would like to get the electronic code couse I didn't get the Code Card when I bought the car...
Can you guys help me somehow to get the code needed for unlocking some features?

Official dealer can give you PIN code from VIN. Here you will not get it…
Other way is to remove immo box, read out motorla mcu, post eeprom dump here and you will get PIN code.
MES and ELM 327 cannot help you to get the PIN code. For coding and diagnostics is MES really good…
On your place I would recommend you to contact someone from west Europe, like Germany, send them VIN, pay about 25€ for code and that’s it.
At official Fiat dealer in Germany you should get PIN code within 5 minutes.
It is on a A4 paper and your contact can send you as photo per Viber/ What’s App…
If you decide to try it with eeprom programmer, check first your immo box and mcu from motorola.
After that you can, after good research,buy the right programmer…
