Different UPA-USB versions

When I look for an UPA-USB @ Elrasoft, there are a lot of different Device Programmers (normal, T, LN, LNT). The difference: 78K0/HC912 Adapter for UUSP and TMS Adapter
for UUSP.

Do I need these adapters?

and you need upa usb serial programmer, and you choose if you want any extra adapters
